President & Sales Manager
Jon joined the company in 1997 as a Project Manager. He was promoted in 2000 to Sales Manager and to date, oversees sales for north and south locations. He sits on the board of directors for the company.
Vice President – Drilling Operations
Adam started working at Capital Well during summers when he was in high school. He knew upon graduation from Kearsarge High School in 2000, and growing up in the family business, that Capital Well was where he wanted to work. He started out doing new pump system installations and for most of his first 10 years, spent time working in the field servicing wells, drilling wells, hydrofracking wells, and installing open and closed loop geothermal systems. He then moved into project management, customer service, dispatching service and drilling crews. He enjoys talking to customers and feels great satisfaction when we meet their water needs. Adam currently oversees day to day operations and fleet/equipment maintenance program.
Joe started working at Capital Well part-time during school vacations, weekends, and summers when he was in eighth grade. As a child, he helped his father on a drilling rig when whenever he got the chance. He graduated from Kearsarge Regional High School in 2001, and two days later started his career in the family business. Joe started out working in the environmental drilling side of the before moving to water wells, where he has been for the past 15 years. He is versed in any drilling formation that could be encountered in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Joe currently oversees the drilling operations for the company.
Vice President- Water Treatment
Greg started working at Capital Well part-time during school vacations and weekends when he was in eighth grade. He knew upon graduation from Kearsarge Regional High School in 2003 Capital Well was where he wanted to work, and still feels that way after 16 years. Growing up in the company, he was fortunate over the years to become knowledgeable with all the services we provide for our customers. Greg currently oversees all aspects of the Water Treatment Department and purchasing for the company.
Vice President of Sales
Dan started at Capital Well in January of 2003, encouraged by his best friend, and now one of his business partners. He came on as an apprentice for a pump installation crew and quickly worked his way up to becoming a technician. In 2006 he was given the opportunity to go on the road selling and project managing jobs. He quickly found that this is where he wanted to be, forming lasting relationships with valued customers and growing our network. As the old saying goes “enjoy what you do, never work a day in your life. I can honestly say this is what I want to be doing, with whom I want to be doing it with.”
Dennis brings over 35 years of accounting experience; arriving at Capital Well in 2003. He oversees customer billing and performs all accounting functions for the company. His hobbies are hiking beautiful New Hampshire and playing bass guitar.
