Adam Dragon has been a part of the Capital Well team since his high school years. After graduating from Kearsarge High School in 2000, he joined the family business and worked in various roles over the next decade. Initially, Adam was involved in new pump system installations and spent a considerable amount of time in the field, servicing wells, drilling wells, hydrofracking wells, and installing open and closed loop geothermal systems. Later, he transitioned to project management, customer service, dispatching service, and drilling crews.
Adam takes pride in interacting with customers and finding solutions that meet their water needs. Currently, he oversees day-to-day operations and the fleet/equipment maintenance program for the company.
Joe Dragon has been a part of the Capital Well team since he was in eighth grade, working part-time during school vacations, weekends, and summers. His interest in the business began at an early age, as he helped his father on a drilling rig whenever he could. After graduating from Kearsarge Regional High School in 2001, Joe joined the family business full-time.
Joe initially worked in the environmental drilling division before moving to water wells, where he has spent the past 15 years. He is well-versed in any drilling formation that could be encountered in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Currently, Joe oversees the drilling operations for the company.
Greg Dragon started his journey at Capital Well during his school vacations and weekends when he was in eighth grade. After graduating from Kearsarge Regional High School in 2003, he knew that Capital Well was where he wanted to work and has been with the company for 16 years.

Dan discovered that building lasting relationships with valued customers and growing the company’s network is what he loves doing the most. As the saying goes, “enjoy what you do, never work a day in your life.” Dan is passionate about his work and feels privileged to work with such a great team at Capital Well. Currently, he holds the position of Vice President of Sales.
