Just had a softener system installed and couldn't be happier. We worked with Tony throughout the process; he was responsive, informed, answered all of my (very many) questions and was honestly a super nice guy. We had to wait a little while before we could go ahead with the installation, but there was never any pressure. When we were ready, the job was done within a couple weeks, zero headaches. The fellows who came out for the installation were also great and took the time to be sure I knew how the system works. I really appreciate it!

The sales/water tech you sent to my home was very professional and did a great job explaining everything to Donna and I. The techs sent to do the install were also top notch with us ending up with a neat and clean installation with much better water quality. I also appreciate the followup by Tony to check the water and show the improvements although we already noticed them in the water we are now getting from our faucets. The text messages from the office were also a plus. Thanks for helping us get cleaner/better water.

I recently had my Water treatment system serviced by capital well had an outstanding experience and wanted to note that here. My technician was Silas. He is knowledgeable taught me a little bit about my system and answered every question I asked. He was on time smile on his face and really positive energy it was so nice to see. I watched some of the process he was very thorough and explained things as he went. I have worked for FedEx express for 27 years where customer service is key. We have a saying at FedEx express that each employee is the the face of Fedex. Just as Silas is face of Capital Well! Outstanding representative of your company. Clear he likes his job well trained and is motivated.
